- Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items delivered.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In its original condition.
- Returned with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided only in the following situations:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item was damaged during transit.
To request a refund, customers must share:
- Order ID.
- Clear photos/videos of the issue.
- An unboxing video (recommended for verification).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Colour variations due to screen settings.
- Personal preference or dislike of the design.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer (exchange may be offered subject to availability).
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
- Customized or altered garments.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer,
- Customer unavailable for delivery,
- Refusal to accept the package,
the original shipping charges and any re-shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
