  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    • In its original condition.
    • Returned with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only in the following situations:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item was damaged during transit.

To request a refund, customers must share:

  • Order ID.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • An unboxing video (recommended for verification).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Colour variations due to screen settings.
  • Personal preference or dislike of the design.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (exchange may be offered subject to availability).
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
  • Customized or altered garments.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  1. Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer,
  • Customer unavailable for delivery,
  • Refusal to accept the package,

the original shipping charges and any re-shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
